Mutuum Finance Price Outlook: This $0.035 Crypto May Rally 900% by 2027 With 5% Phase 6 Tokens Left

5 min read

Mutuum Finance (MUTM) is in one of its most crucial phases. As the Phase 6 tokens are 95% allocated and the pace is becoming even faster, a significant number of early investors are starting to theorize whether this new top crypto challenger can provide a significant rally within the next 2027. As development continues to accelerate and demand increases, MUTM could be getting the focus at the right time.

Mutuum Finance (MUTM)

Mutuum Finance is establishing a decentralized lending system which revolves around two systems; the Peer-to-Contract and the Peer-to-peer lending. In the P2C model the users get the mtTokens whenever they provide assets. These mtTokens accumulate in the value of the borrowers repaying the interest, providing them with an APY that is governed by actual demand.

The P2P system also provides flexibility to the borrowers in variable rates with the option of using constant rates in the event where certain repayment needs to be done. LTV rules protect positions. In the case of stable actors, LTV levels received at 75% are common whereas the volatile assets are maintained at around 35% to 40%. In case the collateral declines to a certain level, collateral liquidation instruments will automatically be put into force to safeguard the lenders.

The price of MUTM offering started at the early of 2025 at $0.01, and constant demand has moved it to $0.035, which is 250% higher. The project has garnered a fund of 1$9M and 18200 holders. Among the 4B of the supply there are 1.82B presale tokens but over 800M tokens have been bought. Phase 6 has now almost reached completion with allocation levels dropping down to the remaining 5%.

V1 Release and Strength in Security

Mutuum Finance had already announced on their official X account that V1 will be released in the Sepolia Testnet in Q4 2025. This will consist of the liquidity pool, the mtTokens, the liquidation bot and the liquidity-debt-token system. Day one will support ETH and USDT.

Security has been an issue of concern. The project has gone through a CertiK audit with a high 90/100 Token Scan result and Halborn Security is examining the completed lending and borrowing agreements. These audit levels provide the project with credibility and help create expectations of a safe V1 launch.

Due to this development, many analysts are of the opinion that MUTM could increase its initial cycle, which is between $0.035 to launch, as a result of V1 activity, and early user acceptance, to between $0.25 and $0.35.

Buy-and-Distribute Mechanics

The mtToken structure assists in creating a consistent yield to liquidity providers and such an incentives scheme is among the largest assets of Mutuum Finance. mtTokens gain value as a result of actual borrowers and not because of artificial inflation.

The other significant motivating element is the buy-and-distribute system. Some of the platform revenue purchases MUTM in the open market. On the open market MUTM is resold to users that invest into mtTokens of the safety module. This causes pressure in buying and allows them to remain strong in the long run.

Pricing accuracy is also key. Chainlink oracles and fallback oracles along with on-chain averages will also be deployed by Mutuum Finance in terms of ensuring safe and correct liquidation parameters.

Having these drivers of growth, other analysts forecast that MUTM could tend to transition to the range of $0.35 to $0.50 as the platform activity increases. This represents an excellent example of a multiple given that the current price of $0.035 is expected to go up with the increase in the use of DeFi.

The initial Solana Comparisons

Other analysts indicate that Mutuum Finance is taking the same initial steps that made Solana available to the eye of the market. The success of Solana was due to the fact that Solana was an early adopter of real technology, utilized on-chain with sustainability and was at a fast pace of development in the adoption stage.

The same is true of Mutuum Finance. The project is constructing yield instruments, lending machines, liquidation, oracle fidelity and hearty DeFi rate of scaling capabilities prior to starting. This strategy makes it tough to see MUTM as a hypothetical altcoin but as a fresh crypto that should be used over a long period.

Due to these parallels, some observers think that the token can head to $0.50 to $0.60 by 2027. At a time when it is at current levels of $0.035, this would be a step in the right direction of about 900% should ecosystem adoption occur as projected in the future.

Mutuum Finance is in the final Phase 6 where it has just left 5% of the tokens at $0.035. The urgency is increasing at an accelerated rate as the level of allocation tightens. The last Phase 6 supply can be vanishing much earlier than investors anticipate.

Cashing In On University Patents Means Giving Up On Our Innovation Future

The post Cashing In On University Patents Means Giving Up On Our Innovation Future appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. “It’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress,” writes Pipes. Getty Images Washington is addicted to taxing success. Now, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick is floating a plan to skim half the patent earnings from inventions developed at universities with federal funding. It’s being sold as a way to shore up programs like Social Security. In reality, it’s a raid on American innovation that would deliver pennies to the Treasury while kneecapping the very engine of our economic and medical progress. Yes, taxpayer dollars support early-stage research. But the real payoff comes later—in the jobs created, cures discovered, and industries launched when universities and private industry turn those discoveries into real products. By comparison, the sums at stake in patent licensing are trivial. Universities collectively earn only about $3.6 billion annually in patent income—less than the federal government spends on Social Security in a single day. Even confiscating half would barely register against a $6 trillion federal budget. And yet the damage from such a policy would be anything but trivial. The true return on taxpayer investment isn’t in licensing checks sent to Washington, but in the downstream economic activity that federally supported research unleashes. Thanks to the bipartisan Bayh-Dole Act of 1980, universities and private industry have powerful incentives to translate early-stage discoveries into real-world products. Before Bayh-Dole, the government hoarded patents from federally funded research, and fewer than 5% were ever licensed. Once universities could own and license their own inventions, innovation exploded. The result has been one of the best returns on investment in government history. Since 1996, university research has added nearly $2 trillion to U.S. industrial output, supported 6.5 million jobs, and launched more than 19,000 startups. Those companies pay…

Top Solana Treasury Firm Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Capital Raise To Buy More SOL ⋆ ZyCrypto

The post Top Solana Treasury Firm Forward Industries Unveils $4 Billion Capital Raise To Buy More SOL ⋆ ZyCrypto appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Advertisement &nbsp &nbsp Forward Industries, the largest publicly traded Solana treasury company, has filed a $4 billion at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program with the U.S. SEC  to raise more capital for additional SOL accumulation. Forward Strategies Doubles Down On Solana Strategy In a Wednesday press release, Forward Industries revealed that the 4 billion ATM equity offering program will allow the company to issue and sell common stock via Cantor Fitzgerald under a sales agreement dated Sept. 16, 2025. Forward said proceeds will go toward “general corporate purposes,” including the pursuit of its Solana balance sheet and purchases of income-generating assets. The sales of the shares are covered by an automatic shelf registration statement filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that is already effective – meaning the shares will be tradable once they’re sold. An automatic shelf registration allows certain publicly listed companies to raise capital with flexibility swiftly.  Kyle Samani, Forward’s chairman, astutely described the ATM offering as “a flexible and efficient mechanism” to raise and deploy capital for the company’s Solana strategy and bolster its balance sheet.  Advertisement &nbsp Though the maximum amount is listed as $4 billion, the firm indicated that sales may or may not occur depending on existing market conditions. “The ATM Program enhances our ability to continue scaling that position, strengthen our balance sheet, and pursue growth initiatives in alignment with our long-term vision,” Samani said. Forward Industries kicked off its Solana treasury strategy on Sept. 8. The Wednesday S-3 form follows Forward’s $1.65 billion private investment in public equity that closed last week, led by crypto heavyweights like Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin Capital. The company started deploying that capital this week, announcing it snatched up 6.8 million SOL for approximately $1.58 billion at an average price of $232…
