Strategy acquires $329.9M in Bitcoin in its latest purchase, adding 4,871 BTC to its treasury at an average price of $67,718 per coin.
The acquisition brings the company’s total holdings to 766,970 BTC, accumulated across 105 separate purchases at a total cost of approximately $58.02 billion.
At current prices, Strategy’s 766,970 BTC has a holdings value of $53.31 billion, placing the position in an unrealized loss relative to its total acquisition cost.
The April 6 purchase follows a series of acquisitions across the first quarter of 2026. On March 16, Strategy added 22,337 BTC for $1.57 billion at $70,194 per coin, its largest single purchase of the quarter.
That acquisition brought holdings to 761,068 BTC at the time. On March 9, the company purchased 17,994 BTC for $1.28 billion at $70,946 per coin, lifting holdings from 720,737 to 738,731 BTC.

Earlier in the quarter, on March 2, a purchase added 3,015 BTC for $204.12 million at $67,700 per coin, and on March 23, a purchase added 1,031 BTC for $76.63 million at $74,326 per coin.
The April 6 purchase at $67,718 is the lowest per-coin price paid across the quarter’s acquisitions.
Looking back further, Strategy paid $95,284 per coin for 22,305 BTC on January 20, its highest-priced acquisition in recent months.
February purchases ranged from $78,815 per coin on February 9 to $67,286 on February 23. The April 6 buy at $67,718 sits near the lower end of the company’s recent acquisition range.
With 766,970 BTC on its balance sheet, Strategy now holds 3.652238% of the total Bitcoin supply. The company’s Bitcoin NAV stands at $53.31 billion, compared to a total debt outstanding of $8.21 billion and total preferred outstanding of $10.01 billion.
Combined debt and preferred obligations total $18.23 billion, giving the company a leverage ratio of 15.4% and an amplification ratio of 34.2%.
The debt-to-Bitcoin NAV ratio stands at 0.15x, a figure that has remained low relative to the scale of Bitcoin holdings.
NAV per basic share is $153.70, while MSTR trades at $119.83. The enterprise value multiple to mNAV stands at 1.08x.
Strategy’s BTC yield year-to-date is 3.67%, and its quarter-to-date yield is 0.22%. BTC gain year-to-date is 24,677.48 BTC, while the quarter-to-date gain stands at 1,681.42 BTC.
In dollar terms, the year-to-date BTC gain amounts to $1.72 billion, with a quarter-to-date gain of $116.86 million.
Strategy’s stock price stood at $119.83 at the time of the disclosure, down $2.95 or 2.40% on the day. The three-month return on the stock is negative 26.0%, and the one-year return is negative 55.3%,.
The BSE return, a long-term performance measure tracking the company’s Bitcoin strategy since inception, stands at positive 869.5%. The total market cap stands at $41.56 billion, while the enterprise value is $57.53 billion.
